This action involves a swimming pool purchased and paid for by plaintiffs from defendant and constructed on plaintiff's property by defendant contractor for the sum of $5,534.00, as a result of a written contract expressly warranting to plaintiffs that all materials used in the construction of said pool would be of good quality and that all work would be done in a competent and workmanlike manner.
