Appellant, an employee of Citizens Gas & Coke Utility, fell and was injured on the premises of appellee Lilly Varnish Co., Inc., 666 South California Street, Indianapolis, on January 17, 1963. He had gone there to install a gas meter in the basement of a one-story office building then under construction, but nearing completion. This is an appeal from a judgment on a jury's verdict denying him damages for his injuries.
