On January 13, 1967, the plaintiff filed the within action in conversion against The Birkett L. Williams Co. and Andrew Marino. When the action came on for a pretrial hearing, court and counsel agreed, in order to facilitate its ultimate final disposition, that an amended petition be filed containing a detailed narration of the facts upon which the plaintiff relies for recovery; that to this pleading each defendant would file a demurrer on the ground...
