Defendant was charged with three counts arising out of an attack on a sixteen-year-old girl, (1) Burglary, (2) Rape, and (3) Aggravated Assault. He entered pleas of not guilty, and not guilty by reason of insanity on each count. Pursuant to A.R.S. § 13-1621.01 (Added Laws 1968, Ch. 105, Sec. 2) two trials were set.
