This is an appeal from a decree of separation from bed and board, A.R.S. § 25-331, raising questions concerning the characterization of the parties' property as separate or community property and the division of that property as provided in the decree. We have raised, sua sponte, however, a question of jurisdiction which we feel is dispositive of the case. Does a superior court, under the law of this state have jurisdiction to dissolve the community...
