This is an action brought by plaintiff, administratrix of the estate of David Anthony Dauer, against defendant, Carl J. Zabel, for recovery under the Michigan wrongful death act, CL 1948, §§ 691.581, 691.582 (Stat Ann 1959 Cum Supp §§ 27.711, 27.712).1 This cause was heard by the court, without a jury, and a final judgment in favor of plaintiff was entered for the sum of $15,721.40, plus interest from...
