This case is an appeal from a judgment of the Common Pleas Court of Sandusky County in a workmen's compensation case involving the application in Ohio of the "bunkhouse rule." Counsel for both parties state that it is a case of first impression in Ohio, and our research does not permit us to dispute this allegation.
