McCOWN, Justice.

Separate informations were filed charging each of the defendants with robbery. The cases were consolidated for trial without objection. The jury returned separate verdicts of guilty against each defendant. One defendant was sentenced to 5 years imprisonment and the other to 4 years. Both have appealed. The sole assignment of error in both cases is the failure to sustain the motion for directed verdict. The grounds are that the evidence is insufficient...
