Burglary. Ill Rev Stats 1967, c 38, § 19-1.

JUDGMENT

After a trial by jury, defendants were found guilty of burglary and sentenced to terms of 3 to 5 years (Hayden) and 2 to 3 years (Davis).

CONTENTIONS RAISED ON APPEAL
