Appeal from an order denying plaintiff's motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or a new trial.

On August 27, 1964, at about 10:30 p. m., plaintiff parked her car in an area provided for that purpose by defendant, the owner of the apartment building in Minneapolis in which she lived.
