Driving east on Colgate street in Dearborn Heights on a snowy night, Delores Edwards stopped at Telegraph road which has four southbound lanes separated by a median from four northbound lanes. She crossed the southbound lanes and stopped again in the median. After making an observation of on-coming traffic to her right, she swung across three of the four lanes at 15 miles per hour...
