ARMSTRONG, C.J.
This is an appeal from the dismissal of plaintiffs' action for specific performance of a conditional option clause contained in a real-estate contract, and for alternative relief in damages.
The dispute arises from a real-estate contract executed between the plaintiffs, William H. Thompson and his wife, Margaret, as buyers, and the defendants, Howard O. Thompson and his wife, Jessie Doris (now deceased), as sellers.
