This is a proceeding to review a recommendation of a disciplinary board of the State Bar that petitioners be suspended from the practice of law for six months for professional misconduct in violation of their oaths and duties as attorneys and counselors (Bus. & Prof. Code, §§ 6067, 6068, 6103) and wilfully violating rule 2, section a(1) and (2), and rule 3 of the Rules of Professional Conduct.1
