This is an appeal on questions of law from a declaratory judgment of the Common Pleas Court awarding plaintiffs, appellees herein, title by adverse possession to certain land belonging to the defendant, appellant herein, Board of Education, Monroeville Local School District. The case was submitted to the trial court upon an agreed statement of facts, to wit:
