This is an appeal from an order of the district court denying plaintiffs' motion for amended findings or a new trial. The case involves damages alleged to have been sustained by plaintiffs, Benjamin C. Sessler and Helen M. Sessler, husband and wife, in an accident with defendant-respondent, Norman R. Goldfarb.
