This case comes before us on application for enforcement of an order of the National Labor Relations Board (hereinafter "Board"). The Board found that the Company1 violated § 8(a) (1), 29 U.S.C. § 158(a) (1), by unlawfully threatening, interrogating, and polling its employees, and by surveillance of their union activities.
