KRUCKER, Judge.

Appeal has been taken from a judgment of the Superior Court of Pima County granting defendants' motion to dismiss. Trial was to the court sitting without a jury, and at the close of plaintiff's case, defendants moved to dismiss. The motion was granted, and judgment was rendered in favor of defendants on April 24, 1968. Findings of fact and conclusions of law were made.
