Plaintiff brought this diversity action on a policy of insurance issued by defendant to plaintiff which insured the latter's premises against damages resulting from various specified risks, including explosion. The parties submitted a "Stipulation of Uncontested Facts" and filed cross motions for summary judgment. The issue presented for decision was whether or not the damage to plaintiff's premises was caused by an "explosion" under the terms...
