This is plaintiff's appeal from an order of summary judgment entered on the pleadings in circuit court in defendants' favor. Defendants' motions for summary judgment, filed pursuant to GCR 1963, 117.2(1), were based on the ground that plaintiff's complaint failed to state a claim upon which relief could be granted.
