William Francis Curry, Jr. appeals from a conviction for refusing to submit to induction in violation of Section 12(a) of the Military Selective Service Act of 1967, 50 U.S.C.App. § 462(a). Appellant argues both that there is no "basis in fact" in his Selective Service record for denying his request for classification as a conscientious objector and that his "right of appeal from an administrative decision guaranteed by the regulations...
