The defendant was secretly indicted by the Grand Jury of Stark County for unlawfully and unintentionally causing the death of a viable unborn child while violating the laws of Ohio by operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and without due regard for the safety of persons or property, and entered a plea of not guilty.
