In this action for ejectment and damages for wrongful interference with the possession of real estate occurring about May 29, 1963, resolution of the rights of the parties came to depend on who then owned a 90-foot strip of land lying between a tract of real estate admittedly belonging to plaintiffs, Mr. and Mrs. Casey Konantz, (the Konantz tract) and a tract admittedly owned...
