Plaintiff, a Washington corporation engaged in the operation and maintenance of an irrigation canal in Yakima County, brings this action to enjoin defendants from encroaching upon its claimed right of way, from removing dirt therefrom, and from maintaining certain improvements hereafter described. The trial court denied the injunction; plaintiff appeals.
