By his petition to quiet title the plaintiff alleged that the boundary line between the property owned by him on the north side of South Main Street in Seabrook and the property belonging to the defendant to the west thereof is approximately 153 feet east of the Blackwater River which would be approximately 40 feet east of the defendant's building.
