I. FACTS

This is an action by certain of the shareholders of the Pilgrim Broadcasting Company ["Pilgrim"], which owned and operated radio station WORL in Boston, against Paul F. Harron for damages allegedly sustained by reason of defendant's alleged breach of a contract to purchase their stock. In July 1958 the defendant was approached by a New York stockbroker Schimmer with facts about a Boston radio station...
