In a jury trial the defendant was found guilty of burglary, and after a hearing in aggravation and mitigation the court sentenced him to a term of 12 to 20 years in the State Penitentiary. He contends on appeal that (1) he was not proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, (2) his alibi should not have been disregarded, and (3) the sentence imposed was excessive...
