This suit was filed by plaintiff under § 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), seeking judicial review of the final determination of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare denying his claim for disability insurance benefits. The issue of plaintiff's disability was not reached, his claim being denied on the ground that he lacked sufficient quarters of covered employment to meet the Act's eligibility...
