This appeal follows a jury trial, conviction, and judgment and commitment1 for making a false loan application to a Federal credit union in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1014. Prosecution evidence showed false statements in the application concerning indebtedness, employment and marital status. The jury rejected a defense of duress, finding appellant guilty.
