On June 12, 1967, defendant David Crosby, was convicted of the crime of assault with intent to rob and steal being armed1 before the Recorder's Court for the City of Detroit and a jury. Defendant was sentenced to prison. Present counsel on appeal was not defendant's attorney at trial.
