Count II of an indictment alleged that appellant and Roger Lynn Lawhead transported a stolen 1966 Cadillac automobile from Houston, Texas, to Kansas City, Missouri, knowing it to be stolen, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2312 (Dyer Act).
