This action has been brought under provisions of the Social Security Act, Title 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), for judicial review of a final decision of the defendant denying plaintiff's claim for disability insurance benefits provided for under the Act. It appears that on September 19, 1966, plaintiff filed his application for disability insurance benefits and this was denied initially by letter dated April 24...
