Willard, filed a complaint in the aforesaid cause of action which complaint alleges in essence that when he was arrested and placed in the city jail of Greenville, Mississippi, on November 10, 1966, and retained there through November 17, 1966, he was denied access to medicine and denied access to a doctor which he needed for his physical health.
