Arguelles, a merchant seaman, for wages, including earned overtime, reimbursements, and statutory penalties for delay in payment of wages, all allegedly due from the defendant, U. S. Bulk Carriers, his employer. Jurisdiction is asserted under 28 U.S.C.A. § 1333, the case involving admiralty and maritime claims.
