Defendant was indicted in December 1966 for the crime of unlawful possession of narcotics. Defendant's motion to suppress evidence was allowed by the trial court and the State appeals. Supreme Court Rule 604(a); Ill Rev Stats 1967, c 110A, Par 604(a); People v. Vaglica, 99 Ill.App.2d 194, 240 N.E.2d 271.
