These consolidated appeals are from judgments in the District Court granting motions for directed verdicts at the close of all the evidence. Appellant is the administratrix of the estate of one Mrs. Junes. The complaint against appellee Safeway Stores, Inc., charges that Mrs. Junes's death on July 24, 1963, was attributable to an injury negligently inflicted upon her in appellee's store on the preceding July 1.
