KRUCKER, Judge.

The defendant, Ernest Jesus Navallez, was informed against for the crime of first degree burglary. Earlier charges of giving false information to a police officer were dropped. Prior to trial, a motion to suppress evidence discovered prior to the burglary arrest was heard and denied. A motion for directed verdict was also denied. The jury found the defendant guilty and judgment was so entered. He was sentenced to not less than four nor more than six...
