In this criminal case the State of Arizona charged the Appellant, Valentine de Anda, with possession of heroin and possession of marijuana. The Appellant was arrested with his wife in Phoenix, Arizona, after the execution of a search warrant disclosed alleged heroin and marijuana in his home. The Appellant plead not guilty and filed several motions to suppress the evidence obtained as a result of the search warrant....
