Before the court are defendant's preliminary objections to plaintiff's complaint in trespass. The complaint alleges that on September 19, 1964, defendant was the owner and operator of a Ford sedan; that he was a resident of the State of New Jersey; and that the said vehicle bore a registration tag of that State.
