This protest places in issue the classification of certain free standing cast iron ingot molds. The importations were classified under the provisions of item 674.10, Tariff Schedules of the United States (hereinafter referred to as TSUS), as ingot molds and assessed with duty at the rate of 9 per centum ad valorem.
