The city of Cleveland (Cleveland Transit System), defendant herein, seeks a new trial. Among the grounds urged in support of defendant's motion is its contention there was prejudicial misconduct during voir dire on the part of two jurors who failed to reveal personal injury claims they had previously made against the defendant.
