In this malpractice action, the jury returned a verdict in favor of defendant physicians, Dr. Frederick W. Wright and Dr. Frederick M. Wright, thereby absolving them of responsibility for the unfortunate death of Mrs. Dorothy Louise Sipling following a thyroidectomy. Plaintiff had contended that defendants failed to properly prepare decedent for the thyroidectomy, precipitating a postoperative thyroid crisis causing her...
