This is an appeal from an order of the trial court changing the custody of a child, who was then five years old, from his father, in whose custody the child was originally confided at the time of the divorce, to the child's mother. The father contends on appeal that the trial court failed to exercise its discretion in that it changed the custody of the child based purely on the provisions of 30 O.S. 1961...
