This is an appeal from the judgment of the district court dismissing appellant's action on the merits after a trial before the court. We affirm.

The relevant background facts are not in dispute. Helicopters, Inc., was an Arkansas corporation and the authorized dealer for the sale of helicopters manufactured by Hughes Tool Company (appellee), a Delaware corporation having its principal place of business in Houston, Texas.
