OPINION
HENDLEY, Judge.
Defendant appeals his conviction of receiving and concealing stolen property. Section 40A-16-11, N.M.S.A. 1953 (Repl. Vol. 6). He relies on two points for reversal.
For the reasons hereinafter given we affirm.
