On July 3, 1969, this matter came before the whole court on a motion by respondents to vacate a stay order entered on July 2, 1969, by Chief Justice Nesbett, sitting as a single justice. That stay order suspended the effect of an injunction which had been issued by the superior court on June 27, 1969.
