Walter Bridges was convicted under a two-count indictment: I, purchasing heroin other than in or from the origina stamped package in violation of 26 U.S.C.A. § 4704(a), and II, receiving and concealing heroin knowing that it had been imported into the United States contrary to law in violation of 21 U.S. C.A. § 174.
