In a jury trial the defendant was convicted of theft of property valued at $5. She was fined $100 and placed on probation for one year. Defendant contends that the complaint is defective in that it does not contain an averment of ownership of the property allegedly stolen nor the registered corporate name of the complainant, as distinguished from its popular name...
