This suit was instituted by Plains White Truck Company against Ralls-Tex Mill, Inc. and Jean D. Smith, individually, for a deficiency after foreclosure against the vehicle secured by a chattel mortgage. At the conclusion of the plaintiffs' evidence, all parties moved for an instructed verdict.
