This is an action by a widow to collect life insurance under a family policy issued upon the life of her husband, Earl A. Renn. The jury returned a verdict in favor of the widow and District Judge David S. Porter entered judgment accordingly. He also entered judgment for $1,270 paid-up life insurance on the life of the widow and for paid-up term insurance of $1,000 upon the daughter of the insured...
