OPINION AND ORDER

WOOD, District Judge.

Relator was convicted of aggravated robbery for taking $70.25 from a bar and sentenced to a prison term of from five to ten years. His pro se motion for a new trial was denied by the trial court. Relator then filed a pro se brief in the Superior Court, and after argument at which he was represented by court-appointed counsel, his sentence and conviction were affirmed. See Commonwealth v.
